What we support

In 2025, FOMBS supported the transformation of the school’s library, helping to create a bright, welcoming and inspiring space for the children to enjoy. The refurbished library provides an inviting environment where pupils can discover new books, develop a love of reading and spend time exploring stories and ideas.

The new space has quickly become an integral part of school life and a place for every child to enjoy.

In 2020, FOMBS was delighted to fund a new running track for the school. Installed by local company Eco Surface, the track was made using recycled, unused forklift-truck tyres, reflecting the school’s commitment to sustainability.

It has since become a well-used part of school life. A morning run before the school day is now part of the daily routine for many pupils — and even a few parents!

In 2019, with support from FOMBS, the school opened a new outdoor eco-classroom. 

The space has transformed outdoor learning, giving pupils an inspiring environment in which to explore, learn and connect with nature.

It has become a much-loved part of the school and is hugely valued by children, teachers and parents alike.
